On behalf of Hon Nanaia Mahuta, thank you for your email of 7 March 2022,
requesting the following information under the Official Information Act
1982 (the Act):

“a "third draft" of the advertising campaign for three waters reform and
edits to the second draft. I am requesting copies of all drafts provided
to the Minister or Ministry.”

 

I am writing to advise you that your request is being transferred to the
Department of Internal Affairs. The information to which your request
relates is believed to be more closely connected with the functions of the
Department, rather than the Minister of Local Government. In these
circumstances, the Office is required by section 14 of the Act to transfer
your request.
