From: Dr Bruce Ross
Dear Auckland Transport,
I am seeking information about technical information and the decommissioning of the KEA SEABUS on the Devonport Ferry service as I have failed to get any response from Fullers.
Can you provide me with the overall funding support that Fullers receives from Auckland Transport even though I understand that the Devonport Ferry does not receive a subsidy?
Yours faithfully,
Dr Bruce Ross
From: Dr Bruce Ross

Kia ora Dr Bruce,
I have spoken with our business unit and can confirm that the asset, Kea,
belongs to Fullers360 and was deployed on commercial routes only.
Unfortunately, Auckland Transport does not hold any information on this as
it is run commercially by Fullers. Because of this, we need to close the
request under section 17(e) of the act.
Please let me know if you would like to discuss this. Should you believe
that we have not dealt with your request appropriately, you are able to
make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section
27(3) of the Act and seek an investigation and review in regard to this
matter.
