Dear Quotable Value Limited,

I am a NZ resident citizen and the below information is requested under the OIA.

1. What is the nature of the relationship between Quotable Value and Corelogic NZ Limited?

2. Who is the Chief Executive of Quotable Value?

3. And is former and disgraced All Black Mr Osborne also a director of Corelogic NZ Ltd?

4. What shareholding does Quotable Value have in Corelogic NZ Ltd?

5. On or about 1 April 2014 did Mr Osborne receive a complaint regarding copyright breach made by corelogic in respect to the publication on it's website (qv.co.nz) of an image of 714 High Street Lower Hutt?

6. And despite being a director of Corelogic NZ Ltd, did Mr Osborne reply (in part) "You are addressing your concerns to the wrong party" on or about 1 April 2014?

7. Was Quotable Value represented by the law firm Duncan Cotterill in this matter?

8. And in turn by Mr Bruno Bordignon of said firm?

9. Was Corelogic made aware by the complainant in this matter of several hundred instances of suspected Copyright infringement?

10. In a letter dated 3 April 2014 did Mr Osborne make the following statement;
"If you choose to pursue your complaint through the media or engage with persons outside our business rather than engage with us directly, we will take this as acknowledgement by you that you are not the copyright owner."

11. In the same letter did Mr Osborne also make the following statement;
"Should this occur we will then feel compelled to protect
our business and pursue you for any damage caused to our reputation as result."

11A. Is Mr Osborne proud of the above two statements? Does he believe that is an appropriate way for a public service chief executive to respond to a NZ taxpayer?

12. Please provide copies of all communication between Quotable Value and Corelogic from 1 April 2014 and 25 August 2014 in regards to copyright of images used on the website qv.co.nz.

13. Which of the following parties have supplied Corelogic with photographs of real estate;
a) Trademe
b) Open2view
c) Harcourts Real Estate
d) Bayleys Real Estate
e) Barfoot and Thompson Real Estate
f) Ray White Real Estate
g) Any other real estate agency (name them)

14. Has Quotable value or Corelogic had discussion with any of the parties named in 13 above regarding supply of real estate images and or copyright issue regarding such images? When and with whom?

15. Have any of the images that were notified by the complainant from April been removed from the website qv.co.nz? Why?
