Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,
On 22nd November 2022, I sent an information request to the Road Efficiency Group via Waka Katohi - NZTA (WK).
On 20th December 2022, WK responded with a document OIA 9096 Tony Randle.pdf that stated:
"As a member of the Road Efficiency Group (REG), Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency considers any information held by the REG to also be information held by itself."
I responded the same day stating:
"With all due respect to Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, this information request was NOT addressed to you." and asking WK "Can Waka Kotahi please confirm you have passed on this to The Road Efficiency Group as requested or provide me with a contact email by which I can contact them directly?"
On 19th March 2022 I followed up this reply with a further reply stating:
"In this reply, I asked Waka Katohi for the following information:
'Can Waka Kotahi please confirm you have passed on this to The Road Efficiency Group as requested or provide me with a contact email by which I can contact them directly?'
To date I have yet to receive a reply. Can WK please provide me with a response or an update on when I may expect to receive such a response?"
I request information associated with WKs review and decisions on this information request OIA 9096 Tony Randle.
1) Can I please have a copy of any and all correspondence associated with information request OIA 9096 Tony Randle?
2) Can I please have a copy of any reports, presentations or other documents associated with information request OIA 9096 Tony Randle?
3) Can I please have a copy of the meeting agenda, minutes and/or meeting notes for any meetings associated with information request OIA 9096 Tony Randle?
4) Can WK confirm that it has an email contact for The Road Efficiency Group and, if so, please provide a copy of it?
If any requested information is held in electronic form, it is preferred that it is provided in its complete and original electronic format.
