Follow up on my recent request- OIA
john luke made this Official Information request to Health Quality and Safety Commission
The request was successful.
From: john luke
Dear Health Quality and Safety Commission,
Thank you for your reply, I noted on your reply,
"For the consumer network an Expression of Interest (EOI) was advertised on the consumer
forum database (at the time approx. 450 members) and approaches made via key
consumer contacts to targeted organisations/individuals to ascertain their interest and
availability. For the consumer advisory group to the board these were identified through
existing consumers, networks, and organisations where specific groups were being
targeted, such as rainbow communities and youth. "
Can you please provide the database mentioned above, the name of organization would be fine, I don't need to personal contact detail. Also, "approaches made via key consumer contacts to targeted organisations/individuals to ascertain their interest and availability", can you please provide the name of targeted organisations you have approached.
Further, how do you come up with this database and when do you last update it? Would that be avenue for general public to join this list/database?
Yours faithfully,
john luke

Kia ora John,
I am assuming this is in reference to the OIA request you sent inquiring about the Consumer Forum Database. That OIA response was emailed to you (via another fyi-request email - to the same one you sent the request from) on the 15th of July. I will forward that email with the response to this email address so you can see that was answered within the required timeframe. We have another OIA request for you which is currently being processed, that response will be sent to you before the 31st of August when it is due.
