The 14 July 2022 edition of the Dominion Post contained a story about Councillor attendance at briefings. Matthew Tso of the Dominion Post obtained this information from the Hutt City Council before it was sent to Councillors and before the information was made public.
Please advise who within the Council sent this information to Matthew Tso, the date and time it was sent and the method of communication to Matthew Tso.

Hutt City Council has not supplied Matthew Tso with information about councillor attendance at briefings or meetings. Accordingly, your request for this information is refused under section 17(g) of the LGOIMA.
