The request was successful.

Dear Hutt City Council,
Please advise how much the Hutt City Council paid for the lunch held at Wainuiomata during Matariki weekend. This includes payments made to third parties such as Love Wainuiomata relating to this event.
Please also advise whether any Government funding was received for this event.
Please also advise whether this lunch was an invite only function, or whether anyone could turn up. If the former, who issued the invites and on what criteria? If the latter how was the function advertised?
Please also advise how many attended this function.
Yours faithfully,
Max Shierlaw

"...how much the Hutt City Council paid for the lunch held at Wainuiomata during Matariki weekend. This includes payments made to third parties such as Love Wainuiomata relating to this event".
We advise that the 2023 Matariki lunch event in Wainuiomata was community led, and Hutt City Council did not contribute any money towards it.
