I note that you provided a copy of the org chart for Auckland Light Rail
on 15 August 2021.

 

Are you able to provide a copy with the addition of staff names please?

 

The Ministry will respond to this request as the agency subject to the
Act, while the Auckland Light Rail Unit resides within the Ministry and
operates independently. We will endeavour to respond to your request as
soon as possible, and in any event no later than 17 August 2022, being 20
working days after the day your request was received. If we are unable to
respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an extension of
that timeframe.

 

The Ministry publishes Official Information Act responses on our website
when there may be wider interest in the information released. This means
the information provided to you may be published after you have received
it.
