I am interested in looking at Crown Law policy regarding gender diverse and/or sexually diverse people appearing in the criminal District Courts and any training Crown Law has conducted regarding staff interactions with gender diverse and/or sexually diverse people.
Please release the following information:
1. All Crown Law policies relating to gender diverse and/or sexually diverse (LGBTIQ+, Takatāpui, queer) people appearing as defendants, witnesses and/or complainants in Crown prosecuted criminal court cases.
2. All Crown Law training policies relating to staff interactions (including examination and cross-examination) with gender diverse and sexually diverse (LGBTIQ+, Takatāpui, queer) people.
3. All documents identified in relation to question 2.
Please also explain any relevant caveats that should be kept in mind when analysing this information.
Please provide this information in an accessible, searchable format such as PDF
If any part of my request is unclear, please don't hesitate to contact me.
