Morena Lance,
I refer to your request (thread below) for information relating to "all Policing manuals" and "all information" held by Police not currently on the Police website.
Regarding question 1 - there are over 500 chapters of the Police manual, so this part of your request is likely to be withheld pursuant to section 18(f) of the OIA, substantial collation, therefore please consider refining this part so that we can best assist you. (Please note Police received a recent OIA request for 32 police manual chapters which attributed to a cost of $3,154 payable by the requestor.) More positively there are 79 Police Manual Chapters already publicly available which may be of interest to you: accessible here https://www.police.govt.nz/about-us/publ...
Regarding question 2: In the same way, due to the broad nature of this question, it will likely be refused pursuant to section 18 (f) of the OIA. Could you please provide specifics about the nature of the information you are seeking so that we may assist you.
Please reply to [New Zealand Police request email] quoting your request reference number IR-01-22-25167
We look forward to hearing from you soon,
Kind regards,
Catherine
