Could you please provide a phone number I can contact you on as I’d like
to discuss the scope of your request to help you obtain the information
you’re seeking. As you will be aware, details around Taupo Volcano are
held by GNS Science and Taupo District Council may not hold some of the
information you would like. I would like to help you get the information
you seek, but may need to advise you on where the best place is to get the
information. (As opposed to us simply stating we don’t hold the
information, such as eruption zones, plans around activity alerts etc.)

The attached document is some years old, and has been superseded by the establishment of the Caldera Advisory Group who look after calderas in the North Island, and is managed by Bay of Plenty Regional Council and Waikato Regional Council.
