Department of the Prime Minister of Cabinet (DPMC) on 8 October 2022, and
your subsequent complaint about DPMC’s decision to transfer your request
to the Ministry of Justice.

 

The decision was made to transfer that request, as DPMC does not hold any
information relating to your request. DPMC understood that the Ministry of
Justice was more likely to hold such information, and noted that you had
already made a request to the Ministry. That informed DPMC’s decision to
transfer.
