This is my first OIA request, so hopefully I can get what I requested, as it is a conflict in NZ's interest if Key's strings are being pulled by the US govt or being advised to do things the way Obama want's it in this little country of ours

Have sent a complaint to the Ombudsman will update further in time.

All I received here was just greetings. No actual other communications. Seems like a whitewash and disrespect to government transparency. As the years are now past, there is no harm in releasing private information with redactions to keep others safety intact. Look at how much the CIA and other agencies declassify documents which were once private. This time period is now past many years. I am not happy with this outcome. Just goes to show that government has become an entity unto themselves and selfish. I applaud Donald Trump as he has been the only leader in this world to bring transparency back, and return its govt to the people of the land. Out of the hands of corrupt individuals hiding behind privacy when it does not become relevant to operations, communications etc
My opinion is that any communications and decisions should be made public with the right amount of detractions for individuals and operations safety without compromising government operations. I will put this to bed and admit defeat. Thanks everyone and thank you to the ombudmen/women who did all the hard work to try and get the asked information.

And now in 2020 - All I wanted was a 'yes' or 'no' response to a 1 line question........and still waiting '16 working days' later :-? It's time the People start holding these 'officials' accountable - this whole 'system' is a Farce!
