This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for A.j sheppard to read recent responses and update the status.
From: A.j sheppard
Dear Ministry of Māori Development,
I request the following information.
1. Whats the legal definition of a maori person?
2. How does the TPK define what constitutes a maori person?
3. If these definitions do not exist or are very broad then how does TPK know wether or not they are helping maori or targeting maori?
4. When it comes to funding/supporting a maori business or initiative what is the definition and thresholds to being classed a maori business? Eg. 100% owned by maori or 25%,50%,75% maori owned.
Yours faithfully,
A.j sheppard
