Under the Local Government (Pecuniary Interests Register) Amendment Act 2022 it is mandatory 'that local authority must keep a register of the pecuniary interests of:
(a)
members of the local authority; and
(b)
members who have been elected under the Local Electoral Act 2001 to a community board that is part of the local authority; and
(c)
members who have been elected under the Local Electoral Act 2001 to a local board that is part of the local authority.'
Rotorua Lakes Council must legally hold a register of all elected officials pecuniary interests.
Can you please provide a copy of that register for the current mayor and councillors and advise me who the 'Registrar' of that register is for Rotorua Lakes Council?
