How do you write legislation?
Who actually writes them?
Do you have a lexus nexus system?
Do statutes, acts, codes, rules, bills only relate to corporations, companies, local body
government, local body authorities, businesses, entities, crown entities, agencies?
If you claim they relate to people, can you provide me clauses that use the term "man" "woman" "boy" or "girl"
What is Admiralty law?
What is the jurisdiction of admiralty law?
is this governing on the ship?
What is Maritime law?
What is the jurisdiction of maritime law?
is this governing out to sea?
Why isn't the Declaration of independence 1835, written into your legislation?
Could it be that the Declaration of Independence 1835, also known as He Whakaputanga o te Rangatiratanga o Nu Tireni [Royal Patented] signed in perpetuity and the national flag, gifted by King William IV; published in the New South Wales gazette on the 17 August 1835; because of its royal patent given by a real monarch that cannot be cancelled or superceded, the declaration is binding on that private contract between the chiefs and the kings forever?

your response was received; can i clarify, you have claimed that Parliament writes and approves the legislation in NZ;
Can i get the name of the department that actually writes the legislation or.....
Is there an international system,of data from an international base.
How to be specific are the terms, definitions, clauses actually created and what kind of sytem can generate thousands of legal data to be brought into a law?
There is law and then there is law and lore; certain laws relate to certain jurisdictions; some laws cannot be written for some jurisdictions;
Our focus is on the NZ law; which is the legal jurisdiction; not that of the law that governs people, but the law that governs corporations; these are different jurisdictions;
We ask for honesty and integrity in your response;

Just in response to your latest reply, you are directing us to the Ministry of justice or local MP;
Then why are you called the "LAW SOCIETY"
What kind of society do you operate, why have you got the name LAW as your title, if you are not able to provide sufficient information about the LAW.
Because you are not the LAW are you.
You are a corporation running a business, under the disguise of a charitable society, evading taxes, in which you are funded by taxpayers, are you not.
Did you know, the majority of people in NZ of all cultures have had enough of the whole government structure, agencies, corporations, businesses, legislation processes, which are all funded by the taxpayers. Jacinda Ardern government like John Key and all other previous governments, have taken absolute advantage of the taxpayers for so long, it has united many people, from all walks of life, who are now aware, that the NZ legislation was designed to protect global national and international corporates, who get away with crime and theft, including the reserve bank of NZ, a privately owned international bank, established in our country decades ago.
All tax funded corporations, including yours, have to be shut down, stop the funding. That time is near, there are alot of political movements happening in NZ, moving the people who are desparate for change, so many people have been seriously affected by this current government, and the legislations passed without judicial process, pure corruption.
I promote, encourage and influence the shut down of your business, shut down all ombudsmans established by the NZ government, totally funded by taxpayers, and self acclaimed independent authorties, there is nothing independent of these authorties when you are funded by the government, taken from the taxpayer.
You did not satisfy the request by the requester, waste of taxpayers hard earned labour.
We stand under the Declaration of independence 1835, a declaration that was signed by our chiefs in their sovereign capacity, who had a private arrangement with King William IV, the declaration is the only constitution this country has ever had, royal patented.
It is unlawful to practice admiralty / maritime law on land, that you stand under, you are unlawful.
