Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

Attention: Chief Executive of NZTA, also known as "Waka Kotahi"

Please provide me with official information & full disclosure showing, detailing, authorising, that the corporation NZTA known as "waka kotahi" are the lawful owners of the whenua of Mt Messenger.

And provide official information of your whakapapa to Mt Messenger, and documentation that will prove your right to the whenua.

Provide clauses from Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and He Whakaputanga o te Rangatiratanga o Nu Tireni, constitution, that will inform tangata whenua that you have lawful authority to occupy the land in order to cut all the trees down.

And provide official information of the law, that gives the corporation known as "waka kotahi" the full authority to cut into a living breathing organism, called WHENUA.

Provide information of the agenda 20/30, or information of the Road & belt project, which tangata whenua have not been consulted about;

IWI established by the government & funded by the NZ government DO NOT REPRESENT HAPU OR WHANAU. For your information.

Dear Official Correspondence,
provide all information of names, locations, organizations and their hapu status to cut the trees on the whenua....if there is no jurisdiction to do this then NZTA you must cease.

If you are not the kaitiaki then you must cease. Kaitiaki are appointed by the connection we have to papatuanuku, and all life within her......

If you dont have that status you must cease.

Dear Official Correspondence,

I am writing this response against NZTA aka "waka kotahi" of their failure to provide full disclosure of information of their authority, jurisdiction, whakapapa to cut down the maunga at Mt Messenger;

Their refusal to answer my genuine questions of their criminal activities; by directing me to their LINZ website, LEGISLATION website and abusing the official information act 1982, section 18d to justify, not releasing the information; is utter nonsense;

Their criminals because they do not have jurisdiction, no whakapapa connections whatsoever, and using police to assist in pursuing their criminal activities;

Does it violate universal laws, natural laws, Gods law, law of the land, of course it does..................people have to wake up to this, a corporation is claiming authority and power in which it has none, there is no permission given, no contract signed and no jurisdiction;

so called "waka kotahi" & "police company agents" must be put on notice; the notice is to be served directly to their office or by registered post; as being served...............hold on to your copies to be kept for your record, in due time they will be brought to account, and will pay for their crimes............

The prisons that government has used their budget to build, will be their last resting place..........
