Dear Ministry of Health,

In light of the recent research and historical context of cannabis / marijuana, I am requesting all the information you have regarding cannabis / marijuana as a cure for different types of cancers and positively helping medical conditions.

To support my request, Researchers at California Pacific Medical Center discovered Cannabidiol (CBD) [a major constituent of the plant, representing up to 40% in extracts of the plant resin] ability to "turn off" the activity of ID1, the gene responsible for metastasis in breast and other types of cancers, including the particularly aggressive triple negative breast cancer. The researchers hope to start human trials soon.

I would like you to also provide me with all the statistics you have for hospital admissions relating to cannabis / marijuana consumption and for alcohol consumption.
