Information regarding DART
P Taylor made this Official Information request to Ministry of Health
Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Health should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: P Taylor
Dear Ministry of Health,
1. In a previous response, communications between DART and Netsafe revealed an attempt to use the Netsafe - Meta relationship to censor, via a takedown, a New Zealand media company's social media presence.
https://fyi.org.nz/request/20989/respons...
2. Under the Official Information Act 1982, I would like to request any communications, investigative notes, and reports that the contain either, or both, of the following URLs:
a. https://www.facebook.com/ChantelleBakerNZ
b. https://www.facebook.com/operationpeoplenz
3. Please process this as an urgent request. To justify my request for urgent processing, please consider that this request is required for an investigation where urgency is of the utmost importance for matters of which I cannot discuss.
Yours faithfully,
P Taylor

From: P Taylor
Dear OIA Requests,
1. In your reply you state:
"Regarding your request for information, the links you have sent are no longer accessible. Are you able to provide updated links or screenshots/images of that information so that we can respond to your request for information?"
2. I have tested the links are they all still working as of 12/01/2023.
3. However, I am aware that the FYI platform may modify these links for security purposes. I have included the following shortened search terms in an attempt to avoid any digital modification or manipulation of the original links by the FYI platform.
a. "ChantelleBakerNZ"
b. "operationpeoplenz"
4. The first link in the original request was to provide context for your information and is not necessary to fulfil the request. The second and third links, included above as shortened search terms (3a and 3b), were provided as search terms only. Because they are intended to be search terms, they therefore do not necessarily need to be operable as URL links. The two search terms provided in this reply can be used in place of the original two links provided.
Yours sincerely,
P Taylor
