Dear DIA,
In this OOA, I have asked for the settings of the takedown portal and you have said:

…documents are withheld in full under section 6(b)(ii) of the Act, as the making available of that information would be likely to prejudice the entrusting of information to the Government of New Zealand on a basis of confidence by any international organisation.

Have you considered the confidence of New Zealanders knowing that the government is censoring using Facebook ?
Have you considered that this OIA is an internet published response?
Have you considered the NZ Bill of Rights 1990 includes freedom of speech and portals that take down certain speech is breaching this law?

Yours sincerely,

Erika Whittome

Dear minadviceteam,

Complaint made to the ombudsman.
Section 3 and 6 of the nz bill of rights says that government is also bound by NZBoRA.

Yours sincerely,

Dear DIA,
The US Government will be prosecuting censorship as announced here https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1855119856.... I trust that any DIA's settings and historical rules to enable censorship will not be disappearing anytime soon.

Yours faithfully
