Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 request (the Act) to
NZTE, received 26 January 2023 requesting:

 

Further to my previous OIA request on External Recruiter fees, please
outline what tender process, if any, was undertaken for the appointment of
"Agency 6" in my previous request (the agency who has has received
$466,709.20 of fees in the last 5 years.)

 

What independent (i.e. outside the investment team) checks and reviews
have been made on this process?

 

How many assignments is the agency currently working on?

 

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as
soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 26 January
2023. The latest date for a decision on your request is 24 February 2023.
