NZTE, received 18 October 2024 requesting:

 

Please provide details, including dates, mandates and amounts, of any
contracts with either individuals, or entities owned or controlled by
those individuals, who have left the employment of the NZTE Investment
team (or reduced their hours) since 1 January 2024.

 

Please also provide details of any tender or contracting process for the
appointment and engagement of those individuals or entities.

 

To avoid the direct identification of individuals, please redact their
names and or entities if necessary.

 

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as
soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 18 October
2024. The latest date for a decision on your request is 18 November 2024.

Dear J Floyd,

I am writing to update you on your OIA request. We are currently working through your request and consultation is required. We are therefore extending the time to make a decision on your request by five weeks to 23 December 2024.

We will endeavour to respond to you sooner, with 23 December 2024 being the latest date for a decision. This extension is made under section 15A(1)(b), as the consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
