Under the OIA please detail the total number of press gallery members accompanying the PM on his trip to China and the corresponding numbers for each media organisation.
Please provide the total number of media inclusive of camera operators/support crew/other media.
Please provide total costs and expenses if any, incurred by the media on this trip. This should include any charges for flights even if nominal amounts, food/beverages provided to media, accomodations if any etc.
Please provide the details for each member of the accompanying company trade delegation. For example.. Greg Foran Air NZ.
Please provide the total cost of the non government employee, business component of the trade delegation. Accomodation/ food/fights etc.
Please provide details if an alternative travel option to the NZDF aircraft was investigated or discussed, such as commercial flights/charter aircraft etc.

required. We are therefore extending the time to make a decision on your
