Dear OIA Requests / Derek Fitzgerald,
Please note there is no privacy data in the previous reports so I don't see how Section 9(2)(a), Section 9(2)(ba) and Section 9(2)(c) are relevant at all and so I request again for the information that I have asked for and has previously been provided so there is no reason to with hold this information now.
The safety reports are quite clear - and thank you for republishing what I have already read in the Medsafe report so this is all irrelevant. I have asked for the causes of deaths for all of these cases. I don't require any personal data. 163 people have died not from the vaccine, so they must have a cause of death and I require what the causes of death are.
This response does not come close to fulfilling any obligations under the OIA processes. Respectfully I ask that you provide all of the information in full and have another go instead of dodging you obligations to the NZ Taxpayer.
So please have another go.
Yours sincerely,
Chris McCashin

Dear OIA Requests,
Please note a complaint has been made to the Ombudsman and suspect the only reason the information hasn't been provided is because the injury and death numbers are so bad
Yours sincerely,
Chris McCashin

H2023021744 claims serious adverse events at just shy of 14,000 whereas the last Medsafe Safety Report for Covid 19 claims 3688. This infers there has been a backlog not publicly reported, even if the claim in the above is true that injections are no longer happening at a rate that justifies reporting outside of SMARS.
Covid specific eporting is justified until this backlog has been reported.
