Dear Health New Zealand,

Please could you provide the cost for the use of external consultants in
the current restructure for two areas of your organisation:
- Commissioning
- Service Innovation and Improvement

If the use of consultants still continues, please provide the cost up
until the end of June 2023.  Please provide a seperate figure for each of
these divisions, and if possible, a breakdown within Service Innovation
and Improvement to the teams such as Health Analytics, Equity, Consumer
and Whanau Voice, and Population Health.
