This OIA was never answered; we have since received "SALE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT – Teitei Drive, Ohakune".

Please advise if there are any more, i.e. a seperate one between Ngāti Rangi for Teitei Drive and any others as per my original request.

This OIA has lapsed 3rd October timeframe for response.
