Discharges Without Conviction When Found Guilty of Cannabis Cultivation and Possession

Dear Ministry of Justice,

I would like to know the numbers of people found guilty of cultivating or possessing cannabis but discharged without conviction from 2004 until end 2013 or most recent figures abailable please?

Of the discharges from conviction that qualify above how many were for medical reasons only? Example..discharged no conviction because health would be harmed by denial of cannabis, no other reasns.

Of the discharges from conviction that qualify above how many were for secondary reasons such as a person claiming medical ( or other ) reasons but being discharged because of having to travel overseas for business reasons or anything other than health would be harmed by denial of cannabis?
