Advice on corporate manslaughter

Dear Ministry of Justice,

On 6 November 2014 the Prime Minister, in comments to the families of Pike River victims, revealed that the government had sought advice on criminalising corporate manslaughter ("Solid Energy says Pike River Mine will not be re-entered", NZ Herald, 6 Nov 2014). I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* all advice on the introduction of a criminal offence of corporate manslaughter produced in the past three years.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.

I've complained to the Ombudsman about the redactions on the grounds that a decision has clearly been made (so there is no need to protect the constitutional convention of confidential advice) and public interest.
