That's really confusing.

Who did you ask ? I have seen someone internally do a search on "oneplace" the internal Hauora a Toi intranet, which retuned many documents related to this request.

This seems like a blatant lie. I cant understand how 40 hours were spent and nothing was found ? also a concern when someone was paid for 40 hours of work that should of taken minutes.

Are you implying that Hauora a Toi Mental Health and Addictions Service has no policies ?

This is a simple request for documents that exist and can be searched for on onplace within minute's.

publications and documents where there was a further link option

Your mismanagement of this request is impressive, I'm not sure if you're serious or just joking. I have asked for the Mental Health & Addictions policies for Hauora a Toi. The appendix you provided lists the policies (no access to them). as previously stated the link (if you actually spent some of the 40 hours looking) does not contain any of them.

Since this seems to be so difficult for you to comprehend here is a guide to the issue

Step 1 - The first policy on the appendix is ECT (electroconvulsive therapy)

Step 2 - look on the link you provided (specifically to policies and protocols) https://www.bopdhb.health.nz/about-us/ou...
they are in alphabetical order, a,b,c,d,e stop at e, look at the listed policies

electroconvulsive therapy is not on the website, and is not accessible

It seems like its a big joke ?

and then they wonder why our mental health stats are so bad. the disestablishment of the DHB's was sold to us as increased efficiencies.

A few sayings that comes to mind -
"Couldn't plan a picnic in a park"
"Couldn't find their way out of a paper bag with instructions on the inside"
"Couldn't organize a fire drill in a fireworks factory"
"Makes a hamster on a wheel look productive"

what did you find in the review that you previously mentioned ?
what did you spend 40 hours doing ?
when will you release the documents requested ?

this request has not been completed, I do not have access to Hauora a Toi Mental Health and addictions Policies, or Hauora a Toi Mental Health Clinical Practice Manual.

I have an appendix, and a website that doesnt list them.
