Dear Health and Disability Commissioner,
Please disclose the total number of deaths the Commissioner has been notified of disabled residents under the care of NZ Community Living/NZCL (part of Healthcare NZ group) as part of it's Regional Intellectual Disability Supported Accommodation Service.
We further request a breakdown of these by date received, with outcome if closed, including any recommendations or follow-up actions.
