Which staff member/s inspected the condition Lower Shag Point Road to ascertain its condition, prior to the determination of the amount of work necessary to complete the now finished ‘walkway’?
What dates in 2014, and prior to awarding Fulton Hogan the contract, were site visits carried out and by whom?
