Dear Waitaki District Council,

My request 8 December 2014 "Assets Group Manager's objective to "...achieve better value for the community.".

And my request "Does the Council know who caused the damage, or who
permitted the damage to be caused?

And, 21 Jan 15, the Neil Jorgensen reply "we are unaware'

And 13 Feb 15, the Neil Jorgensen reply, "council is unaware"

I have sited a document this week which establishes conclusively that there was an agreement to destroy the surface of the road.

Does Neil Jorgensen stand by this position, and maintain, the WDC is, and are 'unaware'?

Sorry for the delay in following this up. And I apologise for the grammatical error in my last where I said sited rather than sighted. Nevertheless I have sighted it and it is now sited in a position of operation.

I have a letter from a person greatly respected within your organisation, (high up, some might say) who provides an undertaking that he has information that supports an agreement having been made between the property holder and the council.

Is it still the councils position to deny knowledge of the damage?
