Dear OIA_Requests (MSD),
You didn't answer my request for a copy of the policy with reference to the dates I've mentioned, so I will make a complaint to the Ombudsman as per the right to do so, to seek out the information I have requested.
Sending a link to the website with the current qualifying for international travel of beneficiaries, did not provide an adequate response.
Yours sincerely,
Sarah Brodrick

Dear OIA_Requests (MSD),
As per the Official Information Request through the website www.fyi.org.nz it is part of the process that if a person is not satisfied with the response received, that the next step is to make a complaint.
I don't appreciate being gaslit. It is very clear that you have not responded to part of my request, specifically in regards to the date range that I had provided in the original OIA, therefore I will request for the information through the Ombudsman, because MSD doesn't want to be transparent and provide accurate information. If I do receive the information through the Ombudsman.
Yours sincerely,
Sarah Brodrick
