2. How do bailiffs in practice, arrest people?

Hi there,
Thank you for the detailed information; unfortunately it doesn't really answer the question in it's entirety.
How do bailiffs actually physically arrest people if they do not carry handcuffs. I would presume that people would sometimes resent being taken to court voluntarily and would not go without a fight? What are the procedures here?
