Emma smith made this Official Information request to NetSafe Incorporated
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Emma smith to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Emma smith
Dear NetSafe,
I am writing a dissertation on the HDCA and it requires some indication as to how many cases have come under the HDCA since its enactment. I am wanting to know how many successful prosecutions there have been under section 22 as of 2024. I am also wanting to know in how many cases orders under s 19 have been granted. Any statistics or evidence along these lines would be much appreciated. I am under a bit of pressure with the due date for this dissertation being next week. I understand its unlikely but any effort to prioritise this request would be much appreciated or even if someone could refer me to a source with similar information and statistics.
Yours faithfully,
Isla Clarkson
