Dear Philip Rossiter,
The following complaint has been laid with the Ombudsman:

On 28 February 2024 I requested copies of all submissions made to the District Plan Review of Hutt City Council.
According to the agenda of the meeting of 29 February 2024, approximately 300 submissions were received.
The response received on 27 March 2024 did not include all submissions that had been submitted.
The response removed significant amounts of information. This includes the identity of people and properties. The identities of people who submitted are required information as these people will need to be contacted should the Draft District Plan be challenged before the Court. The identification of properties is essential to ascertain the relevance of the submission to the proposed District Plan provisions.
