Dear Giles,
You have not provided the sections of the Act that you refused this request for information under.
If you are transferring this request, you may do so but there are specific processes around this in the Act which you have not followed. However, the financial information requested would be predominantly held by ECan (not NZTA) as it refers to the local deployment.
Accordingly, I am still waiting for your response. This request is now overdue.
