* Whether between 31 December 2008 and 30 September 2017 an additional 156,300 private dwellings were added in New Zealand.
* Whether between 30 September 2017 and 30 September 2023 an additional 214,200 private dwellings were added.
* What explanations might exist for the acceleration in house building between 2017 and 2023
