Family Values questionable by Immigration New Zealand.
John Harpley made this Official Information request to Minister of Immigration
The request was successful.
From: John Harpley
Dear Minister of Immigration,
When did it become policy for Immigration New Zealand to criminalize family members coming from overseas to stay with family, legitimately, that when asked during their interview if they would at anytime look after the young child in the family home at all, it is deemed work and therefore grounds for refusal of entry.
Yours faithfully,
John Harpley
