How many cameras with automatic number plate recognition are operating in Nelson City with the Nelson City Council’s approval?

Does the Nelson City Council own these cameras, lease these cameras, or are they owned by another company?

For the cameras operating on roads, streets, intersections, traffic lights, light posts, and other Nelson City Council property which are owned by companies rather that Nelson City Council, what are the names and NZBN numbers for those companies.

Which third parties does Nelson City Council provide data, images, or footage collected with cameras operating on roads, streets, intersections, traffic lights, light posts, and other Nelson City Council property?
