Plants and Structures
Barry Garrick made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Barry Garrick to read a recent response and update the status.
From: Barry Garrick
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
May I kindly have any communications/briefings/notes/aide memoires/correspondences between MBIE and the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety regarding the plants and structures regulations from 1 November 2023 until now?
For the avoidance of doubt, I am referring to the work mentioned here: https://www.mbie.govt.nz/business-and-em...
Additionally, I would like any correspondence the communication and ministerial services teams had internally and with each other on the preparation and response to this announcement: https://www.beehive.govt.nz/release/majo...
For clarity's sake, correspondence means emails, txts, and messages on whatever internal messaging system you use (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Slack, or the like).
Happy if you want to address each one as a separate OIA request if necessary.
Yours faithfully,
Barry Garrick
