Please find our response below.

 

1) The percentage of women holding Project Manager positions.

Using our Project Management Job Family (Competencies relating to project
management), we have 26% Women.

Using Project Manager in the position title we have 19% Women.

 

2) The percentage of women working as engineers.
Using our Engineering Job Family (competencies relating to Engineering) we
have 7.5% Women.

Using Engineering in a wider context, picking up roles such as Mechanical
Engineers, we have 6.3% Women.

3) The percentage of women in technical leadership roles.

We do not have a “Technical Leadership Roles” definition at KiwiRail, but
using our operational job families, we have 17.5% Women in operational
people leader roles.
