In response to your question.

 

9^th August 2024:

o Attachment 1 shows the Animal Management vehicle travelling at 1Km/h
and about to park outside 1179 Goodwood Rd at 0437am.
o Attachment 2 shows the Animal Management vehicle was stationary until
0543am, outside 1179 Goodwood Rd when the ignition was started to
leave the area. The icon showing the number 2 indicates the 2^nd stop
of the vehicles journey for that day.
o Attachment 3 shows the Animal Management vehicle about to turn onto
SH1 Palmerston, exiting Goodwood Rd at 0544am.

Total time at the address of 1179 Goodwood Rd on 9^th August between 0437
and 0544 was 66 minutes.

 

11^th August 2024:

o Attachment 1 shows Animal Management vehicle has just turned into
Goodwood Rd at 0502am. The directional arrow icon shows direction of
travel was towards 1179 Goodwood Rd.
o Attachment 2 shows Animal Management vehicle has Uturned and is about
to park outside 1179 Goodwood Rd @ 0504am.
o Attachment 3 shows the Animal Management vehicle was stationary until
0545am, outside 1179 Goodwood Rd when the ignition was started to
leave the area. The icon showing the number 5 indicates the 5th stop
of the vehicles journey for that day.
o Attachment 4 shows the Animal Management vehicle traveling towards SH1
Palmerston, exiting Goodwood Rd at 0546am.

Total time at the address of 1179 Goodwood Rd on 9^th August between 0504
and 0545 was 41 minutes.

 

These attachments clearly show that the Animal Management vehicle was
parked outside 1179 Goodwood Rd, between the times the requester has
identified. It should also be noted that the WDC vehicle management system
(Cartrack) does not show what time an ignition is turned off.

9^th August 2024:

o Attachment 1 shows the Animal Management vehicle travelling at 1Km/h
and about to park outside 1179 Goodwood Rd at 0437am.
o Attachment 2 shows the Animal Management vehicle was stationary until
0543am, outside 1179 Goodwood Rd when the ignition was started to
leave the area. The icon showing the number 2 indicates the 2^nd stop
of the vehicles journey for that day.
o Attachment 3 shows the Animal Management vehicle about to turn onto
SH1 Palmerston, exiting Goodwood Rd at 0544am.

Total time at the address of 1179 Goodwood Rd on 9^th August between 0437
and 0544 was 66 minutes.

 

11^th August 2024:

o Attachment 1 shows Animal Management vehicle has just turned into
Goodwood Rd at 0502am. The directional arrow icon shows direction of
travel was towards 1179 Goodwood Rd.
o Attachment 2 shows Animal Management vehicle has Uturned and is about
to park outside 1179 Goodwood Rd @ 0504am.
o Attachment 3 shows the Animal Management vehicle was stationary until
0545am, outside 1179 Goodwood Rd when the ignition was started to
leave the area. The icon showing the number 5 indicates the 5th stop
of the vehicles journey for that day.
o Attachment 4 shows the Animal Management vehicle traveling towards SH1
Palmerston, exiting Goodwood Rd at 0546am.

Total time at the address of 1179 Goodwood Rd on 9^th August between 0504
and 0545 was 41 minutes.

 

These attachments clearly show that the Animal Management vehicle was
parked outside 1179 Goodwood Rd, between the times the requester has
identified. It should also be noted that the WDC vehicle management system
(Cartrack) does not show what time an ignition is turned off.

Cartrack information provided, showed Animal Control vehicle in Goodwood
Rd and Tiverton St. However, I could not see where it shows 1179 Goodwood
Rd as the arrival and departure location.

Could you please show me where it states the above address on the data
provided thanks?
