Sam Malik made this Official Information request to Nicola Willis
The request was refused by Nicola Willis.
From: Sam Malik
Dear Nicola Willis,
Can you please provide all advise, correspondence, briefings that you received re asking departments to get the public servants back into the office.
Did the minister consulted or got any advice from the public servants or departments if they support that move.
Did the minister consult or have had any advice/briefing/correspondence that reflected increased employee productivity and mental health of the employees that may get affected.
How will this impact the cost of employee accommodation of departments. Did you get any advise on this?
Yours faithfully,
Sam Malik

A late response which is just a refusal is unacceptable.
Additionally, the Minister has signed off advising that no information in scope of parts 3 and 4 of the request exist, when the very documents she has provided links to mention that very information. Did she even read the reports?
