Good morning Jommy,
A search of the New Zealand Defence Force email archive using “Chris
Hartley”, “Henley Royal Regatta” and “Kings Cup Organising Committee” as
key words produced over 800 results. Defence Force systems only allow a
manual search of these results to remove duplicates and false positives.
As it stands, your request below will be declined in accordance with
section 18(f) of the OIA as the information you have requested cannot be
made available without a substantial collation and research effort.
If you were to refine your request (e.g. shortening the timeframe), it
will be reconsidered in that light.
