Open Government Partnership Commitment 7
Dan Moskovitz made this Official Information request to Ministry of Justice
The request was refused by Ministry of Justice.
From: Dan Moskovitz
Dear Ministry of Justice,
As part of the International Open Government Partnership, I understand the Ministry of Justice is looking at methods of strengthening scrutiny mechanisms (Commitment 7), especially as it pertains to the OIA and the LGOIMA.
Under section 12 of the OIA, please provide all documents regarding strengthening scrutiny mechanisms in line with commitment 7 of the OGP.
If this a large request which would be refused under section 18(f) of the OIA, please refine it to only look at strengthening vis-a-vis the OIA and LGOIMA. Please advise me if such a refinement occurs.
Many thanks to the time and effort of all staff who aid in collating this response.
Yours faithfully,
Dan Moskovitz
