Dear Health New Zealand,
Can you please provide a breakdown of senior staff by gender and ethnicity, for the following categories:
* Executive/Senior Leadership Team
* Senior Management
I would expect that the SLT would generally be second level managers and senior management would be third and fourth level managers but am happy for you to use your own definitions, so long as you include them in your response, and how many staff fall into each category.
