Dear Mr Tramoundanas-Can,
I would be grateful if you could process an additional OIA request, which includes all documentation and correspondence relating to my current and very specific request for the document known to be held by Te Pukenga. It does seem somewhat interesting that such a specific extension would be requested, and perhaps somewhat convenient. If true, that wouldn't be within the spirit of the OIA, and does indeed raise a question of maladministration. Your response would guide me as to whether referral to TEC, Ombudsman or SFO are necessary.
I would also be grateful for all executive meeting minutes from Whitireia for the past 12 months, to be released under the OIA.
