Please provide rates/numbers of bullying, harrassment, discrimination and sexual assault complaints for Whitireia and Weltec over the past five years. Please provide copies of any reports or reviews related to this.
Please provide rates/numbers of protected disclosures at Whitireia and Weltec since the new law was introduced in 2022.
Please provide all policies, procedures and guidelines, related to bullying, harrassment, discrimination, sexual assault and protected disclosures. Where these are not available, provide guidance on what processes and guidance Whitireia and Weltec follow in these instances, whether they are in development, and if not, why not.

There appears to be a significant disparity between your stated date of delivery and the ombudsman manual on this.
Please provide an explanation for this. It simply looks like your are delaying, which is not in the spirit of the OIA. Also, please provide reasons why this shouldn't be brought to the ministry/ombudsman at this stage.
