I am writing to formally request access to information under the Official Information Act 1982. Specifically, I would like to request:
1. All recordings and communication related to Report Number 105.
2. Full copies of the reports associated with this matter, including any online reports.
Please provide the requested documents in their entirety, including any attachments or supplementary materials related to the case.
If there are any charges associated with the processing of this request, I would appreciate being informed beforehand.
Should any part of this request be denied, I kindly request a detailed explanation, citing the relevant sections of the Official Information Act under which the information is withheld.
